Technical skill training was provided of Fiza Bal Vikas Shiksha Samiti to its beneficiaries in Alwar District in Rajasthan in 2016-2017.

We have evolved a number of innovative approaches to presenting the technical development content and skills, through systems that are complementary to the services offered by government agencies.

The end result of this field-based approach to the design of educational and development activities is programs which are owned and implemented by program beneficiaries—a product of their

involvement in the process, of growing self-confidence and of mastery of the skills and technical information needed to do the job.

We have put efforts for linking non-formal education to development by working with professionals from technical sectors on linking non-formal education to development activities. We took assistance from the technical sectors to enhance their own programming.

We have provided training in vocational skills such as mobile repairing and electrical goods repairing so that the beneficiaries can become self sufficient and earn a living.

In the rapidly expanding Indian economy, few will dispute the importance of capacity building. The efficient and effective delivery of critical public goods and services, or the importance of effective mechanisms for public sector management and policy formulation, coordination and implementation, government departments are keen to make appropriate decisions and to mobilize the human and financial resources necessary to implement them. This will have a profound impact upon the long-term economic development. It is therefore, necessary to prioritize interventions to facilitate the development of the internal capacity and to ensure that the operations reflect evolving best practice.

Fiza Bal Vikas Shiksha Samiti has a strong focus on capacity building initiatives. The NGO executed one capacity development program at Alwar in Rajasthan at tehsil levels. The NGO has a strong project execution team.

Fiza Bal Vikas Shiksha Samiti has to impart many kinds of learning to women and Child and Specially Blind Student like the learning of concepts, rules and principles, aesthetic discrimination etc., through problem solving and other skills. Inherent to the acquisition of these Kinds of learning are the development of the right of the right attitude and values.

It is important to realize that values can’t not be entirely taught as a subject in school (Aatif Islamic Academy Nuh & Jamia Mohammadiya Lil Banat, Borikothi Abdulla Nagar, Nuh) and the inculcation of values can do it be left only to the moral science or value education teacher. Every teacher of this Society is equally responsible for ‘this undertaking inside and outside the classrooms, for value education.

There are many procedure & influences through which a child forms its attitude and values.

The school & teacher is certainly one of the most important of these influences and it’s worthwhile to find out the ways in which a school can most effectively carry out this duty.

Child Labour is a matter of concern. Due to poverty many children in Rajasthan' are forced to work as child labourers. We work with a firm conviction that no child works and that all children in the 5-14 years age group must be in school. In other words we recognize the inextricable link between the program for universalisation of education and abolition of all forms of child labour. We follows an‘area-based approach’ as against a target based approach. It seeks to address the rights of the entire universe of children- both in school and out of school- in the 5-14 years age group in its area of operation i.e. Rajasthan'.
